Every Third Saturday morning at 9 am a small group of us (6-20) get together for an informal breakfast meeting just to talk shop and share experiences (good, bad and ugly) while we eat breakfast (on our own).
Do you want to buy, sell, rehab, wholesale, share ideas etc.? Here is a fantastic time for more discussions.
There will experienced members ready, willing and able to share their experiences as well as inexperienced members and visitors.

Now you don't have an excuse to start learning!!! So just show up at 9 am, and have conversations with friendly people about real estate investing!!! This is a great networking opportunity to meet local people.
