In the Friday Evening workshop, you’ll learn how to evaluate the deal you’re looking for based on your exit strategy. What will it be worth, what repairs, what cost? How much can you pay, or not pay? What do you look for, and how much to fix it. How do you figure holding costs, determine the after-repaired value, AND what to do (or not do) to get the most out of your dollars— including how to find and work with contractors! A good evaluation for your exit strategy before you make an offer is difference between making or losing money.
On the Saturday bus tour, we will visit about 7-8 actual properties with experienced real estate agents/investors who will show you how to evaluate the property, and then help you do your own evaluations. At each property (and between stops) we will discuss the scope and cost of the project, holding costs, the likely exit strategy, and determine a profitable offering price.
