Workshop: Friday, September 24th 2021 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
In the Friday Workshop,:
You will learn how to evaluate the deal you’re looking for based on your exit strategy. What will it be worth, what repairs, what cost? How much can you pay, or not pay? What do you look for, and how much to fix it. How do you figure holding costs, determine the after-repaired value, AND what to do (or not do) to get the most out of your dollars— including how to find and work with contractors! A good evaluation for your exit strategy before you make an offer is difference between making or losing money. A binder with all the slides, spreadsheets and information is included.

Property Tour: Saturday, September 25th 2021 8:30 am to 4:00 pmOn the Saturday Property Class Tour, you will visit 4-6 actual properties with experienced Rehabbers, Real Estate Agents and Investors who will show you how to evaluate the property, and then help you do your own evaluations. At each property we will discuss the scope and cost of the project, holding costs, the likely exit strategy, and determine a profitable offering price. By the end of the tour, you will know how to accurately evaluate your potential deals. Saturday property tour includes lunch.
