Stacey Benson-Taylor is a native Daytonian, with a strong history of advocating on behalf of workers and working families across Montgomery County and throughout Ohio. She is a servant leader who shares her knowledge and skills through teaching, mentoring, and community service. Stacey was appointed the Montgomery County Recorder after the resignation of Recorder Brandon McClain and is focused on continuing to provide the dependable, efficient and trusted service our community deserves.
Scott's journey began with his first business at age 12, a precursor to a lifetime of entrepreneurial ventures totaling over 20 diverse enterprises. A computer consultant since 1983, he has a rich history in technology, mastering more than 50 programming languages and assisting over 150 clients. His passion for real estate blossomed in 2002, leading him to become very involved in the Ohio Real Estate Investors Association and a savvy housing provider. Scott's diverse real estate experience encompasses everything from fix-and-flips to creative financing solutions. Notably, he developed and sold the innovative Rehab Estimator Pro app in 2019, merging his technological expertise with real estate acumen.
With over 40 years of teaching experience, Scott is not only a mentor and coach but also an inspiring speaker, sharing his wealth of knowledge in real estate and technology.
