Anyone wanting only to go for the classroom part on September 16, 2022 there is no limit of how many can attend. However please email so we know how many workbooks to have printed and available.
The last day to sign up will be August 30 to give everyone time to get their payment made in time. The finial day for payment to be made will Be September 12, no payment will be excepted after that date. Anyone signed up but not made payment on or before then will be removed from the list and will have to wait till next year.

The cornerstone of your Real Estate Investing is evaluating the property. Don’t overpay. Don’t underestimate.
In the Friday workshop, you’ll learn how to evaluate the deal you’re looking for based on your exit strategy. What will it be worth, what repairs, what cost? How much can you pay, or not pay? What do you look for, and how much to fix it. How do you figure holding costs, determine the after-repaired value, AND what to do (or not do) to get the most out of your dollars— including how to find and work with contractors! A good evaluation for your exit strategy before you make an offer is the difference between making or losing money.
On the Saturday Property tour, we will visit about 6-7 actual properties with experienced real estate agents/investors who will show you how to evaluate the property, and then help you do your own evaluations. At each property (and between stops) we will discuss the scope and cost of the project, holding costs, the likely exit strategy, and determine a profitable offering price. By the end of the tour, you will know how to accurately evaluate your potential deals. Saturday Property tour includes lunch.
