Get a CLUE – Check the Insurance Claim Record
 By Larry Hudson

The next time you consider buying a home or investment property, make sure you add one more item to the long list of things to check: the property’s insurance claim record.

You can find the information in CLUE – the Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange.
