Columbus to sue landlords on lingering lead-paint hazards

Destinee Blackburn, 28, and her four children live in a Franklinton house that is among 51 in Columbus ordered vacated because the landlords have not addressed lead-paint problems. Tests have found high levels of lead in the blood of two of her children. On the front door behind her is a warning sign posted by the city in November.
