We will cover:
* what to look for when estimating rehabs
* how to run the numbers
* how to figure comps and make offers
All attendees will receive a binder with information and estimating guides.
Saturday June 13th - Morning and Afternoon Tour from 8:30am - 4pm
We will tour 4-7 houses and go through the process together of estimating the actual rehab of each property.
Lunch is included.
