• I’m new to Real Estate – will this be over my head?
  Absolutely not! We welcome people that are seeking to purchase their own home or their first investment property. Let’s face it – everyone started with their first home!
• Can I attend other REIA meetings?
  As members of the Ohio Real Estate Investor’s Association, you may attend any of the other meetings held by our sister organizations at no cost.
• How do I join?
  Glad you asked! Please Click Here to enroll electronically. The pages are self explanatory.  General membership is $125 annually.  Additional family members join for $25 each.  Bi-annual and quarterly payment options are available also.  Commercial membership is $250 annually.
• Can I attend a meeting before joining?
  Yes, you can attend any monthly meeting for free the first time. Feel free to bring a friend or spouse. You will be given an overview of our organization and you will be invited to join. If you would prefer to simply attend future meetings, you may do so at a cost of $15 per person/per meeting.

The Greater Dayton Real Estate Investors Association is a non-profit organization committed to providing educational and networking opportunities to learn about real estate investing and maximizing your opportunities.

We offer:

Two general meetings per month, 1st and 3rd Wednesdays

• Building 12, Sinclair Community College
• Corner of 4th and Perry

Library – members may check out books, tapes, CDs, videos, etc. on a variety of ways to do real estate investing

Mentors – Experienced investors who are willing to share of their time and expertise with those members who may have questions.

NETWORKING – meet, talk with, exchange ideas, others who are in the industry. Build your Power Team that will help you build your real estate wealth!

SING Saturday Investors Networking Group

• South – The 3rd Saturday of each month – meet at Frisch’s in North Dayton
• North – The 2nd Saturday of each month – meet at Frisch’s in Tipp City
• WINGS – Women Investors only! Meet at various times and locations. See the calendar.
• Dinner and a Deal – Casual dining at Champps and casual conversations about real estate and other topics
• Newsletter – articles, messages, stories, advertising by commercial vendors who work with investors
• Workshops – Half day and all day workshops to help you finetune your real estate investing business!
• Commercial Members – Those businesses that make up members of your Power Team such as Financing, Realtors, etc.
