Every Third Saturday morning at 9am a small group of us (6-20) get together for an informal breakfast meeting just to talk shop and share experiences (good, bad and ugly) while we eat breakfast (on our own). Do you want to buy, sell, rehab, wholesale, etc.? Here is a fantastic time for more discussions. There will experienced members ready, willing and able to share their experiences as well as inexperienced members and visitors.  We meet in the back area. Just tell the hostess you are there for the real estate meeting.

Now you don't have an excuse to start learning!!! So just show up at 9am or after, and have conversations with friendly people about real estate investing!!! This is a great networking opportunity to meet local people.
