Every Third Saturday morning at 9 A.M, a small group of us, 6-20 people, get together for an informal breakfast meeting to talk shop and share experiences (good, bad and ugly) while we eat breakfast together. Do you want to buy, sell, rehab, wholesale, etc.? Here is a fantastic time for more discussions. There will be experienced members ready, willing and able to share their experiences as well as inexperienced members and visitors.  NOW MEETING AT PERKINS RESTAURANT NEAR DAYTON MALL.

Now you don't have an excuse to start learning!!!  So, just show up at 9 A.M or after, and have conversations with friendly people about real estate investing!!! This is a great networking opportunity to meet local people.
